b) License to Us: By submitting Input Content to the Services, you grant TubeCreate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, and display your Input Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Services for you. This license ends when you delete your content or your account.

c) Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Services to create, upload, or share any content that:

• Infringes any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
